How is everyone this fine Friday?
I’ve been rediscovering my wardrobe recently, and pulled out my favourite Aritzia ensemble; this mint bat wing knit jumper, and lace overlaid texture skirt was my style otp S/S 2013. Normally, I top off the outfit by pairing it with my favourite brown heels (that I purchased for $12, but that’s a story for another post) but I decided to update this look by buckling up [get it, buckling – buckle?] with my White Triple Buckle Chunky Cut Out Ankle Boots from New Look!
Cannot emphasis how much I love these boots. When I first place them into my online cart, the coordination possibilities seemed meek, and daunting. But I’m so grateful that I decided to give them a go anyways. Straying from my convention color choice of black has broaden my style lens, and forced me to rethink (or in this case rediscover) my outfit colour palette.
Ok, can I just say that I am entirely jealous of anyone who lives in the UK or has access to shop at New Look in store. As someone with wide feet, I love how (thus far) my New Look shoes have been true to size. Pretty certain that if I visit the UK, I’m going to be on a returning flight with a suitcase full of their merchandise!
Do you have a favourite fashion brand? Or a certain piece you’re head over heels in love with?
